Mike has spent the last 30 years gaining hunting, fishing, and general outdoor knowledge through firsthand experience as well as relying on the knowledge of others in the outdoors industry. He also has experience in management, graphic design, marketing, and social networking.

Olivia is a highly talented artist with experience designing for a number of clients. Her work with Grizld includes the company logo as well as assisting with site design and layout. Along with her heavy interest in graphic art and illustration, Olivia also enjoys fishing.

Annie grew up around others with a passion for the outdoors. She began developing her own love of outdoor pursuits after marrying Grizld creator, Mike VanLoon. Annie enjoys hunting, fishing, and foraging.
